Homelessness: Every child and youth experiencing homelessness has the right to the same free, appropriate public education as provided to their peers living in stable housing. State Educational Resources for homelessness can be found at this link. Additional resources (such as food bank locations and times) can be found via MT Cares.
Trego School is working with a grant-funded program, called MT Cares, which provides students and their families to links to resources for mental health, food security, housing, etc.
Additionally, our students have access to free e-counseling services; please contact the school if you'd like a referral for your child.
